ShiaNet was created to bring toll-free Internet service to rural Shiawassee County's 70,000 residents. Roles in market research, strategic planning, fundraising, and business and education partnerships. When ShiaNet had 6,000+ customers, we sold to Earthlink. ShiaNet is developing a community technology center with seed money from the sale of its ISP business.
